Refund Policy and Purchasing Information
How To Purchase:
All our services can be purchased online via Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Amex. You may be also presented with additional payment options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, CashApp, Venmo or PayPal.
Please note that other payment methods (besides major credit/debit cards) may not be available for all customers and some are presented during order checkout at the discretion of our payment processor(s).
For online purchases, you can activate your service subscription instantly by adding the specific service to your shopping cart and completing the online checkout / billing process.
Online payments are processed either via Stripe, Helcim or Paddle depending on your geographic location and our proprietary security rules. If your payment is unsuccessful due to the specific processor's anti-fraud rules or other provider-specific restriction, we may contact you to give you the option to retry your payment with an alternate processor.
If you prefer to pay by company check, please contact our offices and will provide you with a direct ACH online payment option or you can mail in a business check to our offices in San Diego. Business check payments will need to clear for 7 business days prior to the subscription starting. We do not accept personal checks.
Your online subscription will start immediately after your payment has been authorized.
Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days regardless of when the order is placed during that specific month. You can either register for a new account on our system or use your Google or Facebook login credentials to bypass the account registration process and proceed directly to billing. You will be redirected to an order confirmation page with direct access to your purchased content plus you will receive an order confirmation email with instructions on accessing your content after your billing method has been successfully authorized.
Refunds | Cancelations
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchased subscription (service), you can cancel it anytime during the 30-day billing cycle and your subscription will be automatically cancelled and you will receive credit back to your payment method for that month's subscription fee amount only if it has been less than or equal to 7 days since the start of the billing cycle.
The current monthly subscription fee is non-refundable if it has been more than 7 days since the new billing cycle has begun due to the usage costs we have already incurred from our service providers (partners).
Note: Due to the usage costs that we incur by our service providers when you are actively using our products, the previous month(s) payments are non-refundable.
We also offer a free tier for ALL of our products to test-drive the service prior to purchasing.
If you paid for your subscription on a discounted annual plan and want to cancel, you will be refunded the remaining amount of your annual plan prorated as a monthly subscription. Example, if you purchased an annual plan for $100 and the monthly rate for that plan was $10 and you cancelled after 2 months, you will receive a prorated credit back for $80.00. ($100 - 2 months at $10/mo).
The amount of time elapsed on an annual plan will be calculated as every 30 days as one billing cycle. Any usage for a partial billing cycle (8-30 days) will be treated as a full billing cycle when calculating the amount to refund. If the time elapsed in the annual plan falls within the first 7 days of the new monthly (30-day) billing cycle, that amount will not be debited off your annual fee prorated refund as a courtesy.
Please allow 2-4 business days for a refund credit to post back to your payment method.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription, enter your order ID# and your email address on the subscription cancellation form here or by using the button on the bottom of this page. Your order will be located and you will be asked to confirm your cancellation. Upon submission of the refund / cancelation confirmation, your subscription will be terminated and the current month or prorated annual credit amount will be sent back to your original payment method.
You can also call us at 888-847-7789 and request that your refund is processed manually instead of doing it yourself via our automated system.
Date Retention Policy For Cancelled Subscriptions
We will automatically retain all your site performance data (insight logs) for 60 days after your account is canceled in case you want to reactivate your subscription and/or request a manual data export. After 60 days, we reserve the right to flush your historical site performance data from our servers. If you prefer to have your performance data deleted after your subscription is canceled, please send an email request to [email protected] and your subscription cancellation will be confirmed and your data will be immediately and permanently removed from our systems. Note: if your data is removed due to a request, it cannot be restored again later.
