Nope. Every Visperity tool is completely modular and optional.

All Visperity AI site tools (Live Search, Embedded Search, and AI Virtual Assistant) operate independently. You can install whichever tools best suit your site's content and search requirements. Furthermore, future ecommerce AI tools added to the platform are automatically accessible under your active subscription.

A Visperity AI session is counted when a unique site visitor directly interacts with one or more of the Visperity AI tools installed on your website.

A single session covers all interactions by that visitor during their visit (up to 6 hours), including multiple searches, product recommendations, Q&A questions, and assistant dialogs.

Unlike other AI platforms that charge per token, per raw query, or per API request, Visperity pricing is based on unique visitor sessions and indexed URL quotas. You never have to worry about a customer asking multiple questions or AI token usage spikes.

Simply visiting a page does NOT count as a session. A session is only counted if the visitor actively engages with an AI tool (e.g., typing into Live Search, submitting a query, or asking the Virtual Assistant a question). Opening the widget or browsing normal pages without AI interaction is free. Direct administrative REST API calls also do not count toward your monthly session quota.

Yes, there is no set limit on the number of sites you can use with your Visperity account.

Your plan's session and indexed URL limits can be shared across multiple sites. You can create separate, isolated Datasets for each website so that search results and assistant knowledge are strictly segmented. Each Dataset generates its own unique API key and embed codes.

We automatically send email alerts when your account reaches 85% (15% remaining) and 95% (5% remaining) of your monthly session quota.

Monthly Plans: You can upgrade your plan at any time from your control panel. Once you reach 100% of your quota, a 7-day grace period is provided as long as overage remains within 10%. If an account is throttled after the grace period, visitor AI requests will be temporarily paused, but your customers will never see billing or account notices.

Annual Plans: Annual subscribers receive a generous grace period of up to 30 days while overage is within the next plan tier. If you consistently exceed your quota across two consecutive billing periods, you will be invited to upgrade to the next tier by paying the prorated difference.

No. Visperity is strictly sandboxed to return answers and recommendations based solely on the content and URLs you provide.

Although Visperity uses state-of-the-art Large Language Models and vector embeddings, it is grounded entirely in your business catalog and documentation. If a visitor asks a question unrelated to your business or about an external competitor, Visperity will not retrieve third-party competitor links or hallucinate external information. Instead, it guides the user back to the most relevant items or assistance available on your site.

Unlike traditional keyword matching, Visperity understands semantic relationships (for example, associating "winter dinner party" with table settings or holiday decor), significantly boosting conversion rates by helping customers discover the exact products they need.

Every active subscription gives you full access to the AI Virtual Assistant Builder, Live Search Autocomplete Builder, Embedded Search Page Builder, Multi-Language Translation Engine, and the Data Ingestion crawler. You can deploy any combination of tools across your websites with no additional add-on charges.

No. Your ingested content, vector embeddings, visitor search histories, and chat transcripts are strictly isolated to your private account.

Your proprietary data is never shared with other merchants, third parties, or used to train general public AI foundation models. You also have full control to flush session logs, visitor inquiries, or specific conversation transcripts at any time from your control panel.

Yes. Visperity is fully skinnable to match any website theme or company branding.

You can customize colors, fonts, border radiuses, button styles, opener icons, watermark logos, and assistant avatars directly from the builder or by overriding custom CSS. The widgets contain no mandatory Visperity watermarks or external copyright links.

Your content data and AI-generated search vectors are stored across redundant, encrypted cloud database servers on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and backed up continuously.

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time directly from your control panel.

Monthly Plans: If you cancel within the first 7 days of a monthly billing cycle, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the current monthly fee. After 7 days, your plan remains active until the end of the current period with no further renewals.

Annual Plans: For annual plans, we provide a prorated refund based on the elapsed months calculated at the standard monthly rate.

Pausing: When you pause your plan, your billing and dataset indexing are suspended, and your renewal date is extended accordingly upon reactivation.
