Connecting Google Analytics 4 & Search Console

Connect your Google Analytics 4 property and Google Search Console account to EnSightX™ to unlock Tri-Stream AI intelligence, multi-signal correlation, and commercial revenue impact models.

Overview

Connecting your Google tools allows EnSightX™ to unlock Tri-Stream AI Intelligence by merging live customer traffic (GA4) and organic search demand (GSC) directly with your page speed audits.

🔒 Complete Privacy & Per-Domain Firewalling

Every monitored domain you configure in EnSightX™ maintains its own isolated credentials. If you manage multiple brands, sub-domains, or agency client stores, their data is completely segregated and will never cross-contaminate.

🛠️ Easy 4-Step Connection Guide

To connect Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console, you only need to perform a one-time setup in your Google Cloud account:

Step 1: Create a Free Google Cloud Project

  1. Open the Google Cloud Console.
  2. Click the project dropdown at the top and select "New Project".
  3. Name your project (for example, My-Store-EnSightX) and click Create.

Step 2: Enable the 3 Required Google APIs

In the Google Cloud Console search bar, search for and Enable each of these three free services:

  1. Google PageSpeed Insights API (for site speed & Lighthouse testing)
  2. Google Analytics Data API (for GA4 traffic metrics)
  3. Google Search Console API (for search queries and keywords)

Step 3: Get Your Free PageSpeed API Key (Optional but Recommended)

  1. Go to APIs & Services > Credentials.
  2. Click + Create Credentials > API key.
  3. Copy the generated key (starts with AIzaSy...).
  4. Under "API restrictions", choose "Restrict key", check "PageSpeed Insights API", and click Save.

Step 4: Create a Service Account Key (JSON) for GA4 & Search Console

  1. In APIs & Services > Credentials, click + Create Credentials > Service account.
  2. Give it a name (e.g., ensightx-analytics) and click Done.
  3. Click on the newly created service account email address in your list.
  4. Go to the Keys tab, click Add Key > Create new key, select JSON, and click Create.
  5. A .json file will automatically download to your computer. Open this file in any text editor (like Notepad or TextEdit) and copy the entire text.
  6. Note the service account's email address (e.g., [email protected]).
