The Client Audit Reports builder in EnSightX™ allows digital agencies, web developers, e-commerce consultants, and marketing managers to transform complex performance audits into beautiful, branded executive presentations.

You can customize the branding, select exactly what data to include, share interactive web reports with clients, export print-ready PDFs, and download structured Excel (CSV) spreadsheets.

🎨 How to Build a Branded Client Report

Creating a new executive presentation takes less than two minutes:

  1. In your Visperity Control Panel, navigate to EnSightX™ > 📊 Client Audit Reports.
  2. Click the "+ Create New Client Report" button.
  3. Fill in your presentation details:
    • Report Title: e.g., "Q3 Website Speed & SEO Optimization Audit".
    • Client / Website Name: e.g., "Acme Apparel Store".
    • Your Agency / Company Name: e.g., "Peak Digital Marketing".
    • Brand Color Theme: Choose from professional color themes (Indigo, Emerald, Sapphire, Sunset Orange, or Slate).
    • Custom Logo: Enter your agency's or client's logo image URL.
    • Target Domain & Tested URL: Select the audited website and page.
    • Executive Introduction Note: Write a personalized note or summary for your client (e.g., "Here is our comprehensive performance analysis and recommended speed optimization plan for your store.").

You have total control over which sections appear in the final report using the section checkboxes:

  • ☑️ Google Health Scores & Core Web Vitals: Overall score dials (Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, SEO) and speed metrics (LCP, TBT, CLS).
  • ☑️ AI Commercial Impact Summary: Plain-English business impact summary.
  • ☑️ Google Analytics 4 Traffic & Behavior: Visitor sessions, bounce rates, and traffic sources.
  • ☑️ Google Search Console Keywords: Top ranking keywords, impressions, and positions.
  • ☑️ Prioritized Optimization Action Plan: Step-by-step recommendations for improving speed and SEO.
  • ☑️ Developer Code Fixes: Include or hide the technical code snippets.

📤 3 Ways to Share and Deliver Reports

Once your report is created, you can deliver it in three formats:

  • Every report generates a secure, shareable web link.
  • No Login Required: Clients, stakeholders, or team members can open the link directly on any phone, tablet, or computer browser without creating an account or logging in.
  • Interactive and responsive, allowing clients to toggle between Mobile and Desktop tabs.

2. 📄 Executive PDF Export

  • Click the "🖨️ Export PDF" button on any report view.
  • EnSightX™ formats the report with clean page breaks, high-resolution score dials, and clean typography suitable for printing or emailing as an attachment.

3. 📊 Excel / CSV Spreadsheet Download

  • Click "📥 Download CSV" to export a clean spreadsheet of all audit scores, Core Web Vitals, Google Analytics traffic metrics, and search keywords for custom spreadsheets and client dashboards.
